Differences between daycare, nursery school and preschool

Daycare centers are generally for the purpose of just caring for children on an all-day basis.  Nursery schools are for experiences in socialization and play.  Preschools are oriented toward educational experiences combined with socialization and play.  In addition, the training level of the instructors are generally higher in preschools.  More emphasis is now being placed on increasing the training levels of all instructors of the very young child due to recent brain research discoveries.

We have taken the socialization and play approach and created a high quality educational model driven by Montessori methods.  If you are interested in finding out more details about our program, contact us at (907) 688-6998 or (907) 854-9463.
